MAYA Jama has revealed she became a million at 24 - and insisted that 'money doesn't motivate' her. Aside from her TV work, the former BBC Radio 1 host, 26, has enjoyed success with fashion collections with PrettyLittleThing and JD Sports, and has modelled for brands such as Adidas and Maybelline.

Maya also recently used her earnings to buy her very first home in London this summer, which she has been spending lockdown 2.0 in with a pal.

Speaking to the Evening Standard about her career, Maya said being a millionaire is "nice" but it was never her goal as money doesn't motivate her.
