TOP chefs from around the country have fried, baked and blended their way to the MasterChef: The Professionals final. And now Aaron Middleton, Dan Lee and Liam Rogers will cook up a storm in the MasterChef kitchen for the last time.

The chefs have three hours to cook a starter, main and dessert that embodies everything they are as a chef. And now the final three have looked back at their time on the show.

Dan, 29, from Birmingham worries he’ll never live down serving raw chicken in the dish he dedicated to his Auntie. The chef said: "My most challenging moment in the competition has been the dish I dedicated to my Auntie, where I served undercooked chicken.  "I do not like to think about it, but it was a very important moment for me.
