Man charged over theft of car involved in fatal M60 collision

James Fraser, of Bosden Fold, Stockport has been charged with one count of burglary and one count of taking a vehicle without consent.

He has been remanded into custody ahead of an appearance at Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court on Monday (May 31). Police were called around 2.50pm on Thursday (May 27) to a business premises on Priest Street in Stockport to a report of a burglary.
