Man charged after 57-year-old dies following altercation outside social club

A 43-year-old has been charged following the death of a man in Leigh. Police were called to reports of an assault outside Higher Fold Sports and Social Club on Kensington Drive just before 2am on Sunday (January 23).

Paul Ologbose was injured during the altercation and was taken to hospital. Sadly, the 57-year-old died as a result of his injuries later that day.
