Luxury chocolate crafters to star in celebrity chef's new TV series

An award-winning entrepreneurial duo, whose small chocolate-making workshop in a Lanarkshire town was their launchpad, are to feature in a new BBC series alongside top TV chef, Rick Stein.Lara Messer and Cameron Dixon, who launched their business, Bare Bones Chocolate in November 2018, recently welcomed Rick and his film crew to their new factory in Glasgow’s Merchant City.The couple, whose business took off from humble beginnings up a cobbled lane in Rutherglen, demonstrated to Rick how they lovingly make all of their hand-crafted, single-origin chocolate bars in micro batches, completely from scratch.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
