LOOSE Women star Brenda Edwards has revealed she's in hospital with a fractured leg after slipping on a wet pavement in Blackpool.

The TV star, 53, took to Twitter to share her frustration, saying the injury has forced her to pull out of her role in the musical Chicago.

Brenda shared a snap of her lower leg wrapped up in a cast, and said: "Gutted I’ll not be able to do my 2 shows today @ChicagoOnStage after slipping on a dodgy wet pavement here in Blackpool and fracturing my fibula. "I was ready to go on in a wheelchair, nowt wrong with my voice, but I can’t.
