Coleen Nolan has opened up about the 'sleepless nights' she's been having ahead of her upcoming tour 'Naked'.The Loose Women star appeared on Lorraine this morning alongside the Scottish host and opened up on how she's recently been struggling with her nerves.She said: "I get nervous anyway, I still get nervous going on Loose Women.

I got nervous walking out here, I suffer with nerves - I really do."But this one, it's like been sleepless nights since September, genuinely, I want to get into my car and keep driving!"Coleen's tour, titled 'Naked' will see her sing a collection of her favourite songs across 16 different locations.Lorraine encouraged Coleen that she'd feel better once the opening show was over, with Coleen joking that it makes her "feel alive" and as the start date nears, her nerves are becoming excitement.She went on to question whether Coleen would actually be naked on tour.Lorraine asked: "You're not actually going to be totally naked?"You're baring all in a sense that you're baring your soul and you're putting yourself out there on your own."As Coleen explained: "Yes the reason we came up with the title naked - well I didn't come up with the title - my other half did, it was his idea because he was saying how do you feel about it?"And I was saying I feel really vulnerable, really exposed and he said why don't you call it Naked?"I thought that's good because it's funny, I might get naked if it sells tickets - if it doesn't sell tickets I promise to keep my clothes on."And then he said the photo could be you naked in a teacup, and I'm like where are you going to get a teacup that big."
