Livingston Women’s keeper Molly Reeve hopes she can build on her first clean sheet for the club after the Lionesses drew 0-0 with Boroughmuir Thistle at the weekend.The stopper, a summer arrival from Glasgow Women, missed the previous week’s clash against her former team through injury but was back in between the sticks at the weekend and produced an impressive display as the hosts picked up a share of the spoils.And she paid tribute to her team-mates in front of her for doing their part, too.Speaking to the West Lothian Courier, she commented: “It was great to get a clean sheet, especially one that mattered so much.“It’s funny because as a keeper, who can keep a clean sheet but if you’ve won 4-0 or something you maybe don’t think you’ve contributed much.

To do it in a 0-0, you leave the pitch knowing that the saves you’ve made have been really important and helped the team pick up a point.“I got injured in my first game and then came back against Boroughmuir so it was definitely a big confidence boost for me.

My job’s made easier with the players I’ve got in front of me, though, because they put their bodies on the line every time.“It’s incredible to watch that desire and dedication they have to try and not even let shots come my way.

It’s a great group I have to work with.
