LAURA Whitmore has taken a swipe at Love Island by revealing why she really quit the show. The 37-year-old presenter shocked Love Island fans in August when she quit after just three series.
Now Laura, who took over the role in 2020, has opened up about the reasons behind her exit. Admitting she struggled with remaining impartial when it came to the Islanders, she said: "There was only so much I can do as a host – I couldn’t support them or not support them.
I couldn’t say anything. "So you kind of have to go quiet, and that was hard for me because I like to be able to have those conversations.
