Lanarkshire school have the write stuff as top author Theresa Breslin visits

A top Scottish author recently paid a visit to a Lanarkshire school. Theresa Breslin OBE, who has won the Carnegie Medal and penned over 50 books, stopped by Trinity High in Rutherglen as part of the school's Whole Novel initiative.

The scheme, who has run for the past several years, sees pupils and teachers all given the same book to read, with a number of activities then based around the chosen novel.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
