Lanarkshire library to take a trip into the past with heritage day

A Lanarkshire library is taking a step back in time with a free heritage day.Rutherglen Library will host ByGone Con on Saturday, October 8, featuring 15 different heritage groups who will give talks, have a chat with interested locals, offer advice and show their work off.

The event is the first time South Lanarkshire Leisure and Heritage Libraries have ever presented something like this, and organisers are hoping for a good turnout on the day.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
