Lanarkshire charity are back in business as they resume activities after COVID closure

A Lanarkshire charity for older people has resumed its activities after being forced to shut down due to the latest wave of COVID.The omicron outbreak in December, and concerns about the spread of the virus, meant that the Lightburn Elderly Association Project (LEAP) halted their January plans in line with government advice and restrictions.However, they are now hoping to get back normal with a full February programme lined up.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
