Kris Boyd has reared his head, as expected, as Celtic slumped against Hearts to brutally taunt his rivals. And the Sky Sports pundit is getting his Rangers sharks out to blare The Hearts' song after Steven Naismith's men stung the champions at Celtic Park for the first time in over 16 years in the Scottish Premiership.
It left dazed and confused Brendan Rodgers having to apologise to Celtic fans for the first time in his two spells in Glasgow with the champions suffering consecutive defeats in the league to fail to extend their advantage over Boyd's old club. There were scenes of major discontent inside Parkhead fans with fans making their 'sack the board' calls clear, and one punter giving Michael Nicholson and the powerbrokers an earful in the main stand.
The former Kilmarnock striker included a shark emoji in his story, perhaps dropping a less-than-subtle reminder of the scenes of disorder and the railing that looked like a shark being chucked amid a protest during Celtic's failed 10-in-a-row season.
He also blared 'Hearts, Hearts, Glorious Hearts' with the caption of two side-by-side pictures of himself reading: "Weekend football vs midweek football".
