Kevin Spacey Loses Arbitration Lawsuit Over Damages from His 'House of Cards' Firing

Kevin Spacey has lost an arbitration lawsuit against the production company behind House of Cards. According to The Wall Street Journal, the ruling has that awarded the production company, MRC, $29.5 million in damages and $1.4 million in attorneys fees and costs. Click inside to read more… MRC first made the claim in 2019 and alleged that his firing from the Netflix show cost the company tens of millions in producing fees and lost revenue.

Additionally, the company said that they were forced to scrap the first two episodes that featured Kevin and rewrite the entire season, adding substantial costs to the show. Kevin exited the series back in 2017 in the wake of sexual assault allegations from actor Anthony Rapp.
