Jason Derulo, also known as the unofficial "King of TikTok," isn't too worried that President Trump will actually ban the popular video-sharing app.
On Thursday, Trump said he would start banning TikTok in 45 days if the social media company isn't acquired by a United States-based company.
Jason is skeptical."I don't believe that will be the case, honestly, but that would be a sad day for a lot of people, including myself," he told Page Six. "I just have a lot of fun on the app, so it would be pretty sad, but I don't think it's going to happen."Trump said TikTok, currently owned by Beijing-based ByteDance, is a threat to national security."I think a lot of people tap our phones, so you're damned if you do, you're damned if you don't," Jason.
