JAMES 'Arg' Argent showed off his impressive 4st weight loss as he cosied up to a mystery blonde at a charity football match.

The 33-year-old, who underwent a gastric band op after he ballooned to 27 stone in lockdown, displayed a slimmed-down frame.

The reality star attended a charity footie match at Billericay Town Football Club on Saturday. He was seen chatting to a mystery blonde as they watched the game together from the sidelines.

Arg looked in good spirits as he enjoyed a kick about on the pitch, showing off his ball skills. The former Towie star wore a pale patterned blue short-sleeve shirt with a pair of light grey trousers and brown shoes.
