James Argent is said to have lost five stone after his gastric surgery earlier this year. Former The Only Way Is Essex star Arg, 33, reportedly feels "ten years younger" amid his weight loss journey.

James, who recently returned to the gym after his surgery, is understood to be continuing on his journey as he reportedly aims to lose another three stone.
