Ferguson was ordered to stay out of trouble for six months and to muzzle Ziggy, warning the dog could be destroyed if she did not.She was told by Sheriff Ian Miller: “Ziggy the dog will need to be restricted when you take him out the house.“It’s up to you to keep him under proper control.

If you do not there will be no other way to deal with it other than for it to be destroyed.” Glasgow Sheriff Court heard that Mr Allan initially stepped in to protect his own Lhasa Apso pet at his flat in Glasgow ’s Castlemilk.
