HGTV, including “Flip or Flop” and “House Hunters,” has scored a $1.85 million modern condo in Manhattan. Located in the Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood at the full-service building, Lumiere, the two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit spans over 1,250 square feet with no detail left out.

Ruch closed on the home on April 3, records show. The residence was fully renovated in 2014 by award-winning architect Christopher Rawlins, according to previous listing, and redesigns were made in the kitchen, second bedroom, and with redone lighting throughout and fixtures by David Weeks Studio.Features now include all custom recessed and dimmable lighting and central air-conditioning.

Upon entry into the foyer, abundance of natural lights flows from the floor-to-ceiling windows, with a large walk-in coat closet off to the side.

The newly-renovated eat-in kitchen comes with a Miele appliances, Caeserstone countertops, and a large island with seating for four.
