But Faye Winter and Teddy Soares have defied the odds and are the last couple standing from the 2021 series, where they made it to the final.
The 27-year-old from Devon admitted earlier this year she couldn't leave the house on her own - and was seeking therapy - due to anxiety about people judging her for the way she behaved in the villa.
That was until she got her puppy, five-month-old Bonnie, who she credits with changing her life. “She has absolutely saved my life, she is one in a million,” gushes Faye of Bonnie - a direct sibling of one of her parents’ three rescue golden retrievers. “I've got really bad with my anxiety, social anxiety, and social situations,” she tells us.
