Amanda Holden
Amanda Louise Holden (born 16 February 1971) is an English media personality, actress, television presenter, singer, and author. She has judged on the television talent show competition Britain's Got Talent since the show began its run in 2007 on ITV. As an actress, Holden played the role of Mel in Kiss Me Kate (1998–2000), Geraldine Titley in The Grimleys (1999-2001), Sarah Trevanion in Wild at Heart (2006–2008), Lizzie, the Ring Mistress, in Big Top (2009), and the title role in Thoroughly Modern Millie, for which she was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award.

A gatecrasher slashed a stranger's wrist with a garden trowel and yelled: "I'm going to kill you with this". Lee Taylor, 43, burst through the gate whilst six friends were enjoying a party in Stockport.

He grabbed the trowel used to shovel dog poo and started swinging it around, a court heard. He was ‘agitated and aggressive’ and shouted: “Stop bullying Jay, stop picking on him!” The gatecrasher squared up to one of the pals, causing the victim to get in between them to diffuse the situation.

Taylor, of Stockport, then picked up a trowel from nearby and slashed his wrist, which needed nine stitches. At Minshull Street Crown Court, Taylor was handed a suspended sentence after pleading guilty to wounding and breach of a suspended sentence.
