With a new year underway, now is the time many people make resolutions to get fit, join the gym and generally being healthier - but these are often tough to stick to.

Even with the best of intentions, the darkness of the post-Christmas months along with the cold weather can put a lot of people off from getting out and moving.

In fact, new research shows that four out of five Brits struggle to exercise during the winter months, while 74 per cent admit that they don’t get enjoyment from their current workout routine.It's understandable that these factors would put people off exercise, but it doesn't have to be this way.
