A Highland Perthshire music festival has fallen victim to measures designed to limit the impact of the Coronavirus.Volunteer organisers behind “March Into Pitlochry” have reluctantly taken the decision to postpone this month’s three-day event.With a bill featuring The Silencers, James Grant and Jess and the Bandits, advance ticket sales had been the highest in the history of an event which began five years ago.But committee member Steve Carruthers said organisers met over the weekend and decided they had no option but to pull the plug on the March 27-29 boutique festival centred on the town hall and McKays Hotel.“It was a tough decision but really we had no choice given the guidance emanating from the Scottish Government regarding all
