Heartwarming moment Santa uses crane to meet kids at Scots hospital with indoors visits not allowed

Santa switched his trusty sleigh for a crane in order to visit children at a Scots hospital at the weekend. As indoor visits are off-limits at the moment he opted to meet some of the patients at the Royal Aberdeen Children's Hospital (RACH) through their windows – making their day on Sunday, December 14.

Father Christmas was assisted by super-generous Scottish Fire and Rescue Service firefighters on the crane provided by construction company, TEXO.He was joined by elves and other popular characters who were visiting from Morrisons stores in Aberdeenshire to entertain the children.It was organised by The Archie Foundation to spread festive cheer with children spending the holiday season at the hospital.The charity is based at RACH and
