Before the weekend, the dancer shared his first update from Strictly Come Dancing rehearsals after he had to leave his newly-expanded family behind.
Gorka, 32, was reunited with his co-stars as they start to prepare for the upcoming series. While it's not set to hit screens until September, the professional dancers pre-record their group numbers and rehearsals for those pre-recordings due to take place next month are now in full swing.
But rehearsals meant that Gorka had to leave his Greater Manchester just days after his son was born. Gorka and his fiancee Gemma Atkinson welcomed their second child, Thiago Thomas Marquez, into the world on July 17, four years after, welcoming their first-born, daughter Mia, into the world.
