Now, the P.S I Love You actor has popped up in Scotland’s biggest city yet again, and was snapped by one of its rising stars.
Glasgow comic Zara Gladman, who rose to fame on TikTok thanks to her hilarious impressions of Glaswegians, spotted Gerard outside a Partick pub and managed to get a picture with him.Uploading a hilarious caption to go along with the proud snap which she shared across social media, it’s not hard to see why Zara's humour has caught on as she offered up a vague and hilarious connection to the star, which may resonate with many a Scot.She said: “Gerard Butler’s mum used to work with my mum and his family sold my folks a Ford Capri in the 80s.
An incredible story that has bonded us for life. He was really excited to meet me (I’m famous) and insisted on a photo.”Replies to the tweet were equally as funny, with one of Zara's followers asking: "Did you tell him all that?" as Zara replied: "Of course". "Judging by his thrilled expression, I thought as much," was the witty response that was fired back.
