Adam Thomas has shared with fans the thing he is 'struggling' with amid training for his next performance on Strictly Come Dancing.

The Waterloo Road star will be back in the ballroom this Saturday night (October 14) with his professional dance partner Luba Mushtuk.

The pair will be Waltzing to 'I Wonder Why' by Curtis Stigers which is a stark contract to their movie week jive to A-Ha's Take On Me while dressed as Mario and Luigi as they channelled the characters from The Super Mario Bros Movie.

But it appears Adam isn't full of confidence as he shared a video update to his Instagram page on Thursday (October 12). The 35-year-old Manchester actor told fans: "This is the bit I hate.
