The Hits Radio host just celebrated her first Christmas with her Strictly Come Dancing star fiance Gorka Marquez as a family of four.
The couple, who met on the BBC One dance contest in 2017, announced almost a year ago they were expanding their brood after welcoming their first child, Mia, at the start of July 2019.
Just over four years later and Gemma and Gorka welcomed a son, who they named Thiago Thomas Marquez, on July 16 this year. And as Thiago, known as Tio for short, quickly approaches almost six months in the world, Gemma is facing a bit of a dilemma when it comes to toddler Mia and her eating habits.
