Furious BBC Breakfast viewers blast Naga Munchetty over ‘aggressive’ interview as they threaten to switch off

BBC Breakfast viewers were left fuming as they accused host Naga Munchetty of "shouting" at show guest Angela Rayner. The deputy leader of the Labour party, 42, arrived on the BBC show sofa ahead of the party's conference and following the Government's mini budget yesterday.

Yet BBC Breakfast viewers eager for an insight to the opposition's stance on the latter appeared sorely disappointed. They took to Twitter to slam the presenting team and argue they couldn't hear anything Ashton-Under-Lyne MP Angela said because Naga was on "interrupting mode." One took to Twitter to write a lengthy post which argued: "#BBCBreakfast invite @AngelaRayner on only to be talked at and talked over by #charliestayt and @TVNaga01.

Naga and Charlie will keep shouting at them #BBCBreakfast." A second put: "An interview is a structured conversation where one participant asks questions & the other provides answers.
