Andrew 'Freddie' Flintoff has bravely shown new photos of himself in the aftermath of his shocking Top Gear accident. Alongside the new footage, from almost two years ago, he admitted to "struggling" and said he hadn't "left the house".The cricket legend and TV host made a return to the small screen on Tuesday (13 August) with his show, Field of Dreams on Tour.
In this series, he takes on the role of coach for an unexpected cricket team from Preston, guiding them on a tour of India. He initially had plans to do this in 2022, but a terrifying accident on the set of Top Gear forced him to put everything on hold after he narrowly escaped death in a horrific crash.
During the episode, viewers caught a glimpse into Freddie's challenging recovery when he shared footage just days following the traumatic incident, reports the Mirror.
Injuries and overwhelming anxiety kept him confined to his home for an extended period. Freddie openly discussed his ordeal: "Week and a half after my accident.
