FORMER SAS: Who Dares Wins star Ant Middleton’s company has gone bust — owing £1.2million to the taxman. Past accounts showed the telly hardman, 42, raked in £4.5million in 2021 before he was fired from the Channel 4 show over his “personal conduct”.

The latest update shows the dad of five was forced to liquidise his main company in the run-up to Christmas after failing to meet its debts.

The firm’s statement of affairs reveals it was abandoned owing £1,199,773 to HMRC and £3,318 to other creditors. Before wrapping it up, Middleton took out £2.7million as a “director’s loan” with the paperwork noting it is “uncertain” how much of that will be paid back.

The business — set up in 2014 — traded as Middleton Global before changing its name to Sway and Starting in November last year.
