Maurice Ross has revealed he has been on courses to "educate himself" following the racism row at Notts County that cost him his job.The former Motherwell coach and ex-Rangers defender is back in football with League Two Cowdenbeath, six months after he departed English National League side Notts County over remarks he made which caused offence to County winger Enzio Boldewijn.Ross, who was County's assistant manager, made an analogy over the player - who is usually quick - "moving like a 40-year-old" and asking "does he have a doctored African passport?"It was a comment Ross later described as "clumsy" but he departed the club after Dutchman Boldewijn made a complaint.
