We are all being asked to stay at home other than those essential workers, all of whom should be applauded for their bravery.I have suffered with depression, anxiety and poor mental health for many years and the thought of lockdown before it was officially announced was terrifying for me.My wife is an A&E nurse working on the frontline, this meant for us we were faced with the fear of her being at risk daily and me working at home while looking after a hyper four-year-old.
