A rise in fly-tipping across Stirling in the midst of the coronavirus crisis has sparked a crackdown by Stirling Council.The council’s enforcement team has been working to remove items reported as soon as possible.However, they say they are “disappointed” that people are resorting to dumping their rubbish.A spokesperson said: “Although this is not a new issue, it is particularly disappointing that people are carrying out these serious offences at a time of national emergency when there is significant pressure on council resources and as staff work to support the most vulnerable in our communities.”Over the weekend the authority increased patrols across Stirling’s communities.They pledged to “take the necessary action” to deal with instances
