Falkirk residents set to benefit from mental wellbeing campaign

A new campaign designed to help people across Falkirk look after their mental wellbeing is being launched. Mind to Mind, a website hosted on NHS Inform, features over 30 videos of people talking about their own mental wellbeing issues in a bid to help others who may be going through the same.
