Back in July, Ellie revealed she was taking a bit of a break from her first-ever theatre role as she shared a selfie to her Instagram Story while on the train heading back home, somewhere she has only been able to visit occasionally since her whirlwind dancing journey on the BBC One dance contest.
As she smiled at the camera, she wrote to her fans and followers: "Finished for the summmerrrrrr." She added at the time: "132 shows complete.
