EASTENDERS' Phil Mitchell had viewers in hysterics after requesting "breakfast first" during a police interview. The gangster (Steve McFadden) finally changed his mind about becoming an informant for DCI Keeble (Alison Newman) instead of serving a life prison sentence.
But Phil couldn't co-operate on an empty stomach which left viewers in stitches. Keeble began: "Why don't we start with a few names?" Phil replied: "Breakfast first."
