The hunt is on for dog nappers who have stolen a prized puppy.Now a £1,000 reward has been put up by the devastated family for the return of Bronson.Crooks snatched the Pocket Bulldog Terrier from a back garden in Kilbarchan.The five-month-old is then thought to have been bundled into the back of a black Jaguar four wheel drive.And owner Andrea Steinemann, who looks after Bronson while her son Nathan is at work, said: “We are doing everything we can to get Bronson back.”Bronson had been in a fully-fenced back garden in Fulton Crescent in the village.Nathan,23, was inside when the thieves made their move around 5.30pm last Friday.Andrea,51, said: “My son became aware of it when neighbours shouted that two men had “got your dog”.“We believe the dog was grabbed and put into the back of a black Jaguar F-Pace and sped off.”The family have put up a £1,000 reward for “any information that leads to successfully brining our boy home.”An appeal has been shared nearly 4,000 times on Facebook and Andrea has posted on Gumtree in a bid to get the message out.She said: “We want to make him too hot to handle.
All the family are absolutely devastated.”Possible sightings have come in as far afield as Glasgow Central station and Johnstone Castle.Andrea added: “He was possibly seen in the Johnstone Castle area around 12pm on Friday night walking with 4 males, one older with a red cap.“CCTV footage and dash cam also produced various sightings around Glasgow and Glasgow Central on Saturday.“The dog appeared to be distressed.”Police confirmed they received a report about the theft of a dog and said enquiries into the incident were ongoing.Andrea said: “As time goes on, we still remain optimistic.“Bronson was on a special diet and receiving
