coronavirus-hit care home will be able to continue operating after making improvements, a court has heard. The bid to suspend the the registration of Skye's Home Farm care home, which has been rocked by the death of ten residents in the outbreak, has now been dropped.
David Logan, appearing on behalf of petitioners Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland, which has been pursuing legal action against the operators of the home, said an inspection in the last 48 hours found residents are no longer seriously at risk in terms of their health.
