Unlike Cox, he was across the county leaving his New York City residence at the time. Perry was found dead at age 54 in his hot tub at his California home on Saturday.
He was unresponsive and already deceased before first responders arrived at the scene. On Wednesday, law enforcement sources told TMZ that investigators ran a less-in-depth test on the actor that revealed he did not have fentanyl or meth in his system at the time of his death.More in-depth tests are currently being conducted as part of the toxicology, which can take months.
