Justin Bieber
Justin Drew Bieber (born March 1, 1994) is a Canadian singer, songwriter and actor. Encountered at 13 years old by talent manager Scooter Braun after he had watched the boy's YouTube cover song videos, Bieber was signed to RBMG Records in 2008. Bieber's debut EP, My World, released in late 2009, made Bieber the first artist to have seven songs from a debut record chart on the Billboard Hot 100.

If recommendations from an independent panel are adopted, the basic allowance for each of the town's 51 councillors would be raised from £8,947 to £10,791 per year.
The panel stated Bury council members’ allowances scheme is ‘low paying’, and is the lowest or next to lowest in every category across all Greater Manchester councils.
