Ayrshire public using fake coronavirus vaccine appointments.Bosses at NHS Ayrshire & Arran are tonight warning against the con trick, which has seen messages sent via email and text message.The fraudulent messages contain content that suggest an individual is eligible to apply for the vaccine and require a link to be clicked.Clicking on the link will then require the entry of personal details and may even ask for payment.The public has been urged NOT to click on the links or call or send a message to any of the numbers.They should also ignore the message and delete it.NHS Ayrshire & Arran Chief Executive John Burns said: “The COVID-19 vaccine is delivered by the NHS."You will receive a letter with your appointment details when it is your.
