Construction starts on two Lanarkshire housing developments

Construction work is now underway on two council housing developments at neighbouring sites in North Lanarkshire.A total of 40 new homes are to be built at Petersburn Road in Airdrie, on the site of the former Petersburn Primary; while another 16 are being built a short walk away at Glenacre Drive.Both sites will have a mixture of houses, bungalows and cottage flats, ranging fron one to four bedrooms and with 16 of the new properties being wheelchair accessible.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
