Closure of Rutherglen Royal Bank of Scotland branch delayed 'in light of new legislation'

The closure of the Rutherglen branch of the Royal Bank of Scotland has been delayed.Originally, the bank announced that the Main Street branch would close on September 24.However, RBS have now said that they will no longer close on that date but there are no details of how long this temporary reprieve will last, meaning ongoing uncertainty for local residents.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
