Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (born Rachel Meghan Markle; August 4, 1981) is an American member of the British royal family and former actress. From 2011 to 2017, she played Rachel Zane on the American legal drama Suits. Tom Grater International Film ReporterCinemas in England have been given the green light to re-open next week when a four-week country-wide lockdown comes to an end on December 2.Culture secretary Olive Dowden confirmed on Twitter that indoor performances will be allowed to resume with numbers capped at 1,000 and 50% venue capacity (whichever is lower), but this will be restricted in certain areas of the country.England is re-entering a tiered lockdown system, similar to what it employed before this second lockdown though with slightly stricter regulations.

Venues will be allowed to re-open in tiers 1 and 2, though they will need to remain shut in the more strict tier 3, which will be where infections are highest.
