CAROL Vorderman has revealed an incredible energy-saving hack to beat the cost of living crisis. The telly star, 61, told fans about her quick fix that means she never turns the heating on.

Chatting on the Netmums podcast, Carol spoke about the way she has been saving the pennies. She revealed she insulates every room when she moves in, saying ‘everything I can insulate, I do.’ Carol said: "I'm not sure if my heating is on or not you know. "I've been a great proponent of insulate, insulate, insulate, all my life and I am so old I've lived in various houses.
