Tragic James Myers was playing the game with a pal when the bottle accidentally went onto the tracks, a court heard. The youngster climbed over railings and dropped down from a bridge to try and retrieve the bottle but then slipped on a wet sleeper, the Liverpool ECHO reports.

He fell onto the live high-voltage lines and was killed instantly. The accident happened on October 14, 2019, on Bedford Road in Bootle, Liverpool.
