The fake German heiress was spotted on her way to a court date in New York City on Tuesday, October 11, wearing a dramatic all-black ensemble that included a monogrammed head scarf (It reads "A.D." not “A.S.," in case you're curious.) Anna, who was the subject of the dramatized Netflix series , stepped out in a long black trench coat layered over a black blouse and black trousers.
She wore black heeled sandals, large sunglasses, and, to complete the look, a government-issued GPS monitor which was secured to her ankle (although she didn't really have a choice there).

Delvey was found guilty of several charges related to swindling over $200,000 from investors and banks in 2019, per . She was released early from prison in February 2021 for good behavior but was arrested by ICE several weeks later for overstaying her visa.
