Taylor Alison Swift is an American singer-songwriter. She is known for narrative songs about her personal life, which have received widespread media coverage. At age 14, Swift became the youngest artist signed by the Sony/ATV Music publishing house and, at 15, she signed her first record deal.

Her 2006 eponymous debut album was the longest-charting album of the 2000s in the US. Its third single, "Our Song", made her the youngest person to single-handedly write and perform a number-one song on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. Swift's second album, Fearless, was released in 2008.

Buoyed by the pop crossover success of the singles "Love Story" and "You Belong with Me", it became the US' best-selling album of 2009 and was certified diamond in the US. The album won four Grammy Awards, and Swift became the youngest Album of the Year winner.

Adding olive oil to your diet could lower your risk of Alzheimer’s disease, cardiovascular disease and cancer, new research suggests.

Olive oil, which is packed with healthy fats, nutrients and antioxidants, has been linked to a healthier lifestyle for years and is a staple of the Mediterranean diet.

But new research, published in the peer-reviewed Journal of the American College of Cardiology, found that it has broader health benefits against a large number of death risks.

Using a teaspoon of olive oil daily had a 19 per cent lower risk of all causes of death and a 19 per cent lower risk of cardiovascular disease compared to those who rarely used it.People who consumed olive oil daily also reduced their risk of death from neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease by 29 per cent.The researchers also found olive oil use was associated with a 17 per cent lower death risk from cancer and an 18 per cent lower risk of death from respiratory disease.The study, led by researchers at the Harvard T.H.
