Like other businesses, Alton Towers is preparing to introduce a number of safety measures and precautions for when it can finally reopen to its customers - from limiting the number of people on rides, to temperature checks on arrival.

The Staffordshire theme park has been closed for more than 10 weeks but there’s still no set date for when thrill-seekers can return.
